R'Mueta is the third and final rank in the warrant officer listing in the Shukara Volunteer Navy, they are above the rank of Y'Verus but below the Officer Rank of V'Quirese. They are considered to be at the max of their profession and are expected to perform nearly flawlessly, most R'Mueta's possess a Master's Degree in their profession. This rank is pronoucnced as Rar-Mew-tay
