In YE 33, the NMX began providing a basic medical kit to its troops. It is designed for use with Mishhuvurthyar and Nekovalkyrja soldiers. The kit is contained in a small brown cloth pouch that can be worn on the belt.

• Burn cream (dissolves burned flesh and numbs pain)
• Liquid Bandage sprayer
• Nekovalkyrja blood injector with built in nutrient pack (Sustains blood for up to 3 years)
• Pressure dressing (bandage) kit, sealed
• Scissors (for removing clothing) in a sealed sterile plastic wrapper
