YE 01 was the first year of the Yamatai Star Empire's existence and the start of the Yamataian Calendar used by Yamatai, Elysia, and Nepleslia.

• Yamatai Star Empire is formed, based on Yamatai (Planet), under the rule of Emperor Ketsurui Saito.
• The PNUgen Corporation is created. Project Perfect Evolution finishes, creating Genshrins.
• Soul Transfer Technology is stolen from the Elysians, studied by the PNUgen Corporation.
• Ketsurui Yui, Ketsurui Yuki, and Ketsurui Yuumi are created by the PNUgen Corporation.
• First Elysian War begins.
