Okane Eve is a vibrantly-colored Nekovalkyrja, possessing lustrous orange gold skin, brilliant magenta hair, and cyan eyes that possess an ethereal glow. Her facial profile is a perfectly symmetrical oval shape, featuring a tapering jawline, wide cheekbones, and plump lips which she tends to project with deep cyan lip color. She typically styles her straight and thick hair in girlish pigtails, which she keeps free of conspicuous hair ornaments in line with the Star Army Uniform and Appearance Policy. Finally, Eve possesses long and pointed elf ears.

Patient, demure, and hyper-loyal, Okane Eve is an ideal Nekovalkyrja soldier, possessing qualities that make her an excellent sniper and an unflinching killer. However, her calm and patient visage covers a spate of narcissistic tendencies, including an overwhelming need for attention, subtle arrogance, and excessive vanity. Her narcissistic tendencies have lent her quasi-perfectionist streak as well. In private, she tends to be emotionally sensitive and hypercritical, especially towards close friends or partners. Nevertheless, Eve is generally pleasant to be around due to her sweet outward disposition, especially in casual interaction.

Okane Eve was created on Nataria in early YE 41, in the midst of the first stages of the Kuvexian War. Named and created by a Neko-supremacist laboratory technician with a secret obsession with Eve, Okane Eve nonetheless demonstrated somewhat normal and ideal behavioral patterns for young Nekovalkyrja in socialization training. In basic training she showed herself to possess an outstanding natural talent for marksmanship. This trait, along with her tireless work ethic and purist habits led to Eve’s commander recommending her as a candidate for the SAIC. After completing the basic infantry training course at Black Sands Test Range, she went onto the Giretsu School, where she was forged into a Giretsu Legionnaire over a period of eight rigorous weeks.
