Kinie is small is stature, has big black catlike ears on her head. She has black hair, pale skin, and red-brown eyes the color of milk chocolate candy. Kinie has a quiet, intensely joyous, and incredibly loyal personality. She loves the Yamatai Star Empire deeply and like most vat-grown Nekovalkyrja she would kill for her country in battle as easily as turning on her windshield wipers in the rain. She enjoys jazz music and learning how to play the piano.

Kinie was cloned in YE 41 as a full adult (mentally and physically). Although she doesn't have a lot of real-life experience, she has a lot of simulated life experience and training stuffed into her head by her creators at Ketsurui Zaibatsu and is already proficient at her job and with getting along with coworkers. She went to basic training at Fort Victory Reserve Center.

In 9月 YE 42, she visited a bar near the train station in Ternifac¹⁾ where she had her first alcohol, get tipsy, and began telling everyone how great they were and that she loved them. She ended up spending the night in a honeymoon suite with Delmira Brunhilde Lulie, Kawa Euikoshi, Pidole Henitot, and Anthiathia "Thia" Keslie.

In 1月 YE 43, she became an officer through the Accelerated Officer Program. In 1月 YE 43, she requested and received her first starship deployment assignment, a tour on the YSS Resurgence, where her sister was assigned. She would also run into some other familiar faces.

In YE 44.1 she was promoted to Shoi. In YE 44.7, she assisted during the Arrival of the Norians as the crew evacuated hundreds of orphaned Norian children²⁾.

In YE 45.1 Kinie was promoted to Chui and sent to the Kyoto War College for retraining as a Star Army First Officer.
