Hisae Emiko is a loyal Nekovalkyrja. She has green hair and blue eyes and cat-like ears on her head.

Circa YE 26 (OOC: 2004): As a Chujo, Hisae Emiko commanded the Second Division of the First Expeditionary Fleet¹⁾ aboard the Chiharu-class Flagship YSS Hônto no Kokoro II (NF-X1-02) and Ghost Star Fortress (NK-X1-02) and worked with Star Army Research Administration²⁾.

Hisae Emiko had a starship named after her, the Sharie-class Battleship YSS Hisae Emiko (NB-S6-02), which was destroyed in YE 42 in the Battle of Hanako's Star.

In 3月 YE 43, Emiko became commander of the Star Army Reserve³⁾.

Hisae Emiko has at least one daughter, Hisae Hoshiko, who was born in YE 26.
