Kelrina is an older Nekovalkyrja, and retains the original PNUgen coloration for Nekovalkyrja:

• Blue hair (the original Nekovalkyrja all had green or blue hair)
• Blue eyes show she was made for the Spacy
• Pale, milky skin

Kelrina does not spare many words to anyone outside of her crew. She is very stern, with icy glaring eyes.

Fensalir Kelrina was created by PNUgen Corporation in YE 20 in the city of Pagoda No Uesureya, Yamatai. She was one of the original generation of Nekovalkyrja NH-7 made for the Grand Star Army and quickly rose to captaining starships in the initial filling-out of the Star Army's structure.

As a Taisa, Kelrina was the commanding officer of the GSS Ender III. During this time she participated in the Fourth Elysian War and assisted the YSS Yui.

In YE 29, Kelrina was a Chujo in command of a division of the First Expeditionary Fleet. Her ship was the YSS Ender IV, NF-X1-03, a Chiharu-class Flagship.

In YE 31, Kelrina was promoted to commander of the Second Fleet.

In YE 42, Kelrina was killed in action in the Third Battle Of Nataria. A memorial was constructed for her at the Nataria Cemetery.
