Katara Eitan was created in YE 30 following the abdication of Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko from the throne of the Yamatai Star Empire. Fearing assassination or further embarrassment because of her two offspring, Motoyoshi Kiyoko and Motoyoshi Tio committing treason against the empire and splintering off to create the short-lived United Outer Colonies, she secretly went to Ayenee where an ST backup was restored into a Norian body with the assistance of Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara).

Shortly after Katara's creation she was married to Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara), as one of his wives she was able to enjoy the Imperial lifestyle. She became part of the Yaducath Intelligence Agency at that same time, where Nira Eitan took her under his wing and mentored her as she climbed the ranks over the years.(See Dossier Historical Transcript, Below) Her and her husband created three children, all of which were placed through accelerated growth to ensure their survival during their nation's violent and costly wars. Atae Eitan was created in YE 30 and his sister, Ilae Eitan in YE 33.

When the Craethel War took a turn for the worst in YE 44, she fled with her husband and children back to the Yamatai Star Empire and settled in the state of Tsenlan which had been made for those displaced. During her time back in the empire, Katara remained out of the spotlight as much as possible. Even though Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara) had disclosed her creation during his discussions with Taisho Ketsurui Yui⁶⁾ she did not feel comfortable gaining any unwanted attention.

In YE 45, Katara, Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara) and their children returned to the Chrystalis Unvorsum, where the United Norian Imperium had been formed. Upon her return she was promoted to the Director of the Yaducath Intelligence Agency, where had continued the work she had started before she left.
