The Light Enhanced Multi-Beam, or LEMB Laser, is a potent ship point defense weapon designed to rapidly fend off multiple incoming hostile objects, such as missiles or solid ammunition. It employs the compression enhancement techniques applied on the CELB Laser and CEHB Laser weapon systems, but uses a 'phased' array, with multiple lenses in a hemispherical setup.
