Service Award

The Service Award is a military award of the Star Army of Yamatai and the Nepleslian Space Marine Corps.

The oldest award in the Star Army, the service ribbon, dates from the days of the Uesureyan Star Empire and has carried over to the Star Army of Yamatai when it was founded in YE 21 and also to the Nepleslian Space Marine Corps where it is worn on the Nepleslian Dress Uniform (YE 33).

The requirements to receive this award are:

• Must be a member of the Star Army of Yamatai or the Nepleslian Military
• Successfully completing a mission

In the Yamatai Star Empire award is issued by either:

• Star Army Starship Captain or Unit commander
• Star Army Personnel Command

In Nepleslia, it is issued by:

• Unit commanders
• Their personnel department

The award is an orange ribbon with white stripes on both ends. A triangular patch of white is located in the center with one side along the top.

The service award is worn on the Type 35 Class A formal uniform (Yamatai) or Nepleslian Dress Uniform (YE 33) (Nepleslia).

This medal has optional number pins that can go on it, which denote the number of times it has been received.
