Cora was born in YE 19 in Central Uesureya. She turned 21 in YE 40 and joined the Star Army that year and was trained as a Star Army Clerk.

In YE 41, Cora was promoted to Nitô Hei and assigned to Irim's City as the primary secretary for communications. In YE 42.3, she was promoted to Ittô Hei. YE 43.6, she was promoted to Jôtô Hei. In YE 44, she advanced to Nitô Heisho and a year later she reached Nitô Heisho.
