Rika was born in YE 03 a NH-1 Geshrin, and upgraded to the NH-22C Yamataian in YE 27.

She was raised in the the town of Takekumori with most of the Shinja Clan. Rika received a Tamahagane katana when she was 15.

In YE 21 she chose to enlist in the Star Army of Yamatai to fulfill the Clan's requirement of a term of public duty.

In YE 32 Rika was assigned to a position in the Fourth Fleet and later was promoted to the commander of the fleet.
