Waller stands at six feet tall weighing 225 pounds. His brown skin is deeply tanned from spending most of his days in the sun. Brown eyes shine from beneath a pronounced brow crowned with jet black hair pulled back into a braided pony tail. Clean shaven, his skin is smooth and unmarred. He speaks with a low and purposeful voice.

Slow to trust, Waller will never ask for help. The only person he can count on is himself. Waller is unreasonably loyal to those he considers his friends, going to great lengths to help them when he can.

Waller Redhawk was born 27日 6月 22 in Nepleslian-Controlled Territory. Waller had a turbulent upbringing, his parents dead or gone by the time he was a teen. He spent most of his formative years living a hand to mouth existence. He signed on to the NSMC after realizing that if he didn't, he would probably end up dead in a gutter.

Waller has completed boot camp and infantry school. He is familiar with the weapons systems, power armor, and other equipment commonly employed by NSMC forces during combat operations. Waller is trained in basic hand to hand combat techniques.

Waller is familiar with military etiquette traditions, and decorum as it relates to the NSMC. Waller is able to recognize, implement, and integrate into basic strategies and battle drills utilized by NSMC forces.

Waller has learned how to survive using only the tools at hand. He is familiar with and can implement strategies to find food, water and shelter in nearly any environment.
