The Chiharu Prisoner of War medal was introduced in YE 24. It was named after Ketsurui Chiharu in honor of her struggle when she was captured by Elysian Nariel Jehenniel during the Fourth Elysian War.
Requirements
The requirements to receive this awards are:
- Must be a member of the Star Army of Yamatai
- Given to captured service members who remained loyal to the Star Army of Yamatai.
- This soldier, after being captured, acted in a manner that honors the Star Army of Yamatai and its principles.

The Chiharu Prisoner of War Medal is mostly Star Army Regal Blue and has a single thick ivory-colored vertical stripe down the middle.
It is worn on the Type 35 Class A formal uniform.
