After nearly a quarter of settling down, the Abwehran Star Empire contacts the CSEIA and independent research organization to acquire a technology transfer. This allowed the Abwehran people to explore and colonize outside of their home system.

• First Contact with CSEIA allows for new technologies and educational opportunities.
• Exploration begins with what would become the Northern Sector / Northern Colonies.
• First Contact between the HMS Fearless and Relay Moon occurs and thus allows contact between the Abwehran people and the Freespacers.
• Himmel Der Bergleute, Meltra, Schongebiet are colonized.
• An infected Abwehran Free Trader finds Khorsovarolor and infects the native inhabitants. Due to a peculiar reaction between the Abwehran virus and the planet's ecosystem, the infection mutates into a pandemic. This leads to the Khorsovarolor Incident and inevitably to the Abwehran Occupation of Khorsovarolor.
• The Abwehran Star Empire contacts the Yamatai Star Empire, the Democratic Imperium of Nepleslia, and the United Outer Colonies to gain humanitarian aid for the Khorsovarolorans.
• The Abwehran Star Empire signs the Intergalactic Armistice Agreement of YE 30 (IAA).
