A dual-tier system developed by the Fujiko Development Corporation (FDC), it is based on the titles and organization currently used by the Yugumo Corporation and its co-parent Ryu Keiretsu. Its primary role within the corporation is to seamlessly integrate Nepleslian Reds civilian and more martial oriented occupations in both militia and corporate settings as strategic demands evolve.
Ever looking for increasing control over the Nepleslian Reds as a whole and subvert the resources of the Ryu Keiretsu and Ryu-Mizumitsu Clan, Sun Horatio needed a more efficient means of unifying all Reds under his strategic vision. The realization to achieving that came when he looked at the Ryu Keiretsu's adoption of the Yugumo Corporation's corporate ranking and titles. He appointed a team of his direct subordinates to determine how they could align those same titles with the FSDF in YE 46 and adopted their recommendations at the end of the same year.
Senior Leadership formulates overarching strategies, leveraging both corporate expertise and military discipline. They steer the corporation’s (and the faction as a whole) future, resolve critical disputes, and coordinate major operations or developments that determine their economic status and defensive preparedness.
