James Guerrero was a serious-looking, tanned Yamataian clerk with bright green eyes and wavy black hair wearing a Type 35 duty uniform. His face was slightly aged-looking.

As a kid, James and his siblings ran after insects, cats, and other things on their streets. His mother was always at work on the estate where they lived, working for the estate and sometimes on her own for extra pay, as it is worth. She taught her children to read and write and gave them books.

Guerrero has worked at the recruiting station since at least YE 35.

In YE 43, he was promoted to Jôtô Heisho.
