Hye-Seong is clever and sees the humor in any situation. She loves making others laugh. She is a risk-taker and is very forward. She never trusts anyone completely. She's very observant. Hye-Seong can easily become emotional. Her interests include cheerleading, starfighters, obscure trivia, and jewelry-making. She habitually adjusts her pants or tights every few minutes by bouncing in place while tugging them upwards. Really likes Lycra clothing such as the volleyball shorts that come with the Star Army Exercise Uniform, Type 40.

Yi Hye-Seong was born in YE 18. She joined the Star Army of Yamatai in YE 38.

In YE 41 she was promoted to the rank of Nitô Hei and transferred from Central Uesureya to Nataria Fleet Depot.

In 3月 YE 42, she was promoted to Ittô Hei and a year later, in 3月 YE 43 she was promoted to Jôtô Hei. In YE 44.1, she earned a promotion to the NCO ranks, becoming a Nitô Heisho. In YE 45.3, she earned a promotion to Ittô Heisho.
