Tsumenaga is tall and solidly built, standing head and shoulders above the average Neko. Her size, combined with her lightly tanned skin and blonde hair, has frequently caused her to be mistaken for a Nepleslian. She often wonders if she should've opted for the cat ears, tail, or pitch black skin she was offered when accepting the NH-33S (Stealth) upgrade upon being accepted into Star Army Intelligence. Other than her height, her red eyes and impressive bust are some of her most noticeable features.

While Oodori was a diligent student, due to her choice of schools she is often considered a fitness junkie, or perhaps a training maniac. Often seen exercising, practicing martial arts forms, or sparring, she is still more than capable of relaxing or partying. Work hard to play hard, right? She's friendly and outgoing, warm and welcoming, and perhaps a bit overly protective of her friends and squadmates. Consider her your dorm mom that will cover you in the field, hit the club with you after to celebrate, then carry everyone back to base after they've passed out.

Oodori Tsumenaga was born on YE 43.3.3 in the city of Tsubomi on Yamatai (Planet) as a NH-33Y (Youngling). Inheriting the traits of a Nekovalkyrja, Type 33A from both of her parents as she matured, Tsumenaga was a natural candidate for training at Zenjinkaze Fighting High School. Excelling at melee combat and naturally showing talent for the usage of power armor, she learned several martial arts styles from the instructors and Ketsurui Samurai assigned to the school. Graduating within a year, she flew through basic training, and was recommended for SELECT after entering the Star Army of Yamatai. Her parents, both members of Star Army Infantry, urged her to accept the offer, expecting great things from her. Learning that her former roommate, Orianna Paddenmour, had received a similar offer helped to solidify her decision.

After completing INDOC and being given the NH-33S (Stealth) upgrade, Tsumenaga officially became a Star Army Intelligence Operative, spending most of YE 45 gaining real world experience before being assigned to Operation La Prossima in YE 46.
