The Type 45 Fujiko Self-Defense Force Dress Uniform is the defacto Service Dress Uniform of the Nepleslian Reds.

With the establishment of the Fujiko Self-Defense Force in YE 45, there was a need for a professional uniform to represent the force. Employing primarily Nepleslian Reds, it was decided to base the new uniform off of historical Nepleslian Reds' uniforms. It was hoped by the designers within the Ryu Keiretsu to remind the Reds of what they were and what they can become if they choose a different path.

The coat of the Type 45 FSDF Duty Uniform is adorned with the person's rank on the collars and their name on the right breast. The colors of the jacket are mostly maroon, with onyx panels along the sides and shoulders of the jacket. The buttons are covered by a flap that is held firmly to the jacket with magnets, giving a sleek and seamless appearance. NCOs and Officers sport a maroon stipe on the side of their pants.

The primarily onyx with maroon and gold trimming peaked cap features the emblem of the Fujiko Regional Self-Defense Force. Additional trimming is added for officers based on their rank, with elaborate trimming only allocated for senior officers.

Following modern uniform standards, the Type 45 FSDF Dress Uniform makes use of a Dataweave sandwiched between two layers of RyuK made Kinugoshi-ko. This allows the jacket to connect with various electronics attached to the belt. The jacket of the uniform can also be connected to a wearer's neural interface.

Like the Type 43 Yugumo Corporation Uniforms, the Type 45 FSDF Dress Uniform makes use of an Aperture chipset. The following are integrated into the uniform:
