Mjolnir

The Heavy Armored Storm Pistol-1 AKA the Mjolnir Pistol is a 5x33mm railgun pistol built by Black Wing Enterprises as sidearm for New Dusk Conclave's power armor infantry.

After the success of the Storm Rifle II, development began for a sidearm using the same “quad railgun” design and new battery developments used. After the initial testing phase, it was clear that due to size constraints ammunition would be reduced greatly, preventing it to be as effective automatic weapon as the Storm Rifle. After a while some of the developers thought of using 5x33mm Slugs instead of flechettes, having been developed for the SR2 originally before being scrapped. It was a quick success as the new slug rounds compensated for the low ammo count (compared to the SR2).
