The Second Expeditionary Fleet (2XF) was reformed towards the end of YE 31. It is lead by Mikasa Sorano Taisho. The 2XF is based at Daichi and explores and controls the Saiki Cluster.
2XF Mission
The mission of the 2XF is:
- Defend the Frontier.
- Engage the Kuvexian where encountered.
- Provide protection for and coordinate with the Scientific Studies Service (SSS).
- Test and develop new technologies to ensure Yamatai Star Empire survival.
Fleet Composition
The forces of the 2XF are divided into specific mission oriented groups. The following table lists the various divisions, and their strength.
