Secret Ops Award

The Secret Ops Award is a military award of the Star Army of Yamatai.

The Secret Ops award was introduced sometime around YE 28 (OOC: 2005).

The requirements to receive this awards are:

• Must be a member of the Star Army of Yamatai
• “This soldier successfully participated in a secret mission of some sort.”

The award is issued by:

• Star Army Command
• Star Army Intelligence

The award is a black ribbon with thick royal blue stripes on each end. These are the colors of Star Army Intelligence.

It can be worn on the Type 35 Class A formal uniform, but traditionally is not displayed alongside other ribbons because of the secret nature of missions undertaken to earn it. Intelligence operatives have been known to wear multiple copies of the ribbon for each citation to formal functions exclusively attended by SAINT personnel.

This medal has optional number pins that can go on it, which denote the number of times it has been received.
