Aoi Hasu (Blue Lotus)

The Blue Lotus is a popular restaurant on Chiharu no Iori. It gets its name from the collection of Nymphaea nouchali in a large indoor pond that is also populated with Koi. The interior of the restaurant features lots of hand carved hard wood. The columns depict typical scenes of Yamataian life. On the walls are tapestries that feature panoramic images of Yamatai and other worlds in the Empire.

The Aoi Hasu features both traditional Yamataian and Nepleslian style dishes, but with a unique flair. The restaurant also makes it a rule to include local produce when feasible along with importing other items.

The Manager

Miyagi Amaterasu is a seductive brown-skinned NH-29 medic with narrow dark blue eyes and curly shiny black hair. When working she puts her hair up in a bun (Chignon) and holds it in place with a Kanzashi. Her usual outfit is a red silk dress with gold embroidery.
