The MT-G1-1A is a personal holographic computer that first became available for purchase in YE 34.

About the PHC

The MT-G1-1A is a commercial quantum-based microcomputer created in a form analogous to that of a wrist-watch. Its highly miniaturized component design is intended to incorporate all of the basic functions available in an average modern computer terminal, allowing the user to access information and utilize a wide variety of computer software at need without being forced to carry around larger devices like electronic pads or laptops. It is also intended to function as a personal communicator – though long-distance communication is dependent on local network access.

User interaction is accomplished through use of the fully customizable volumetric holographic displays that are created by a projector built into the top of the PHC's main case. Each user can tailor these displays to suit their own preferences, adjusting size, color, shape and orientation.

MT-G1-1A Personal Holographic Computer

The MT-G1-1A is a highly compact design, vaguely resembling a digital watch. The device can be purchased in any color, and the two adjustable bands can be wrapped around a persons wrist and held in place with the built-in clasp. The disc-like case in the center contains the devices quantum processor and wireless transceiver on the inside, as well as a holographic projector, speakers, a small camera and audio receiver along the top. On the sides of the case are a power button for manual activation, a data cube port and a cable lead port.
