A broad man standing 7'1“ (216 cm) tall and weighing 325 lb (147 kg). Most of his weight comes from muscle. His skin is a dark chocolate. He has black eyes. His head is shaved bald. His voice is a baritone rumble. He tends to move with a surprising amount of grace gained from playing basketball.

He is typically friendly and approachable. His massive size often intimidates people so he does his best to be gentle with people. He typically decides to do something and then does it. He tends to get laser focused on his goals and ignore anything that he decides is irrelevant. His current goal is to gain more experience and to someday captain a Starship of his own. He tends not to be impulsive, reading a situation carefully before reacting to it.

Born on Yamatai to William Fletcher I and his wife, his father also serves in the Star Army. He was living in one of the cites that the NMX attacked during the Battle of Yamatai. One of his close friends died, and he was unable to save him. This focused him into becoming a doctor. He decided to join the Star Army after graduation from medical school to continue the family tradition. Initially, he was not planning to go beyond his initial commitment. However, after a battle where he was forced to take command of his ship temporarily and exploiting an opening in the Kuvexian formation, he discovered a passion for commanding ships and changed his career track to command.
