Character Description
A balding man with pale skin of medium height who wears cheap suits. His quiet thoughtfulness and seemingly infinite patience serves him well when handling the talented faces of Nepleslian News Network. Despite this, he's still a red-blooded Nepleslian and wouldn't hesitate to blow someone's head off if they were trying to steal from him. Troy has gray eyes and brown hair and cybernetic internal organs.
History & Relationships
Attended Nepleslia State University's journalism program. Served a tour of duty in the Star Military of the Democratic Imperium of Nepleslia where he excelled in the role of drill sergeant. Unable to find a entry-level job in journalism, he began teaching kindergarten in YE 28.
Hired as Executive Vice-President, Talent & Content at Nepleslian News Network in YE 33 primarily for his ability to deal with difficult but talented people. Hired Twelve Gauge in YE 41 as the new voice of advertisements and in a limited role as a reporter.
