Meopa comes from a modest Punla (Family) in Ruoka Qintyâ'jo.

Meopa and his brother Dorgos lost their mother during labor. There was no investigation into the cause of death since she was in a medical facility. The Wapoin'aka on duty listed cause of death as cardiovascular failure. But their mother had no history of heart problems, and she was in good health. Their father was not present at the time.

Meopa being first born has always been the leader between the two. He is also protective of his younger sibling.

During his first Kâbo'kai Ojme, Meopa was involved in a Âdortin'sa crash caused by another pilot. He was unable to feel anything below the hips. He spent 6 months in treatment to get back on his legs.

Meopa since starting at the age of 5 was taught at the Ruohui Giba'te (Academies), the history of the clan, basic clan law, and traditions. They also received training in the history of their Ruoka (House) and Punla (Family).

While at the Ruohui Giba'te (Academies) they were schooled in social interaction, customs and etiquette of their people. He or she is fluent in Takavonai (Language). They may also speak Trade (language) and or Yamataigo (邪馬台語).

Meopa received initial training in Veltin-daho'te (Knife Fighting) in their home, and while at the Ruohui Giba'te (Academies). Their proficiency was measured in the Baqnor (move from youth). Meopa received Hapu-daho'te (Hand Fighting) training conducted by an Giba'a (Instructor) from the Tavi Fua Jael (Blood Tooth Sect). He is proficient in the use of the Kitsahapu (Hand rod).

Meopa received compulsory training in mathematics, finances and the basic operation of command clan equipment and basic use of Kynjodau'tajo Aorq'ka (Information Technology).

All members of the clan spend time on ships, their world station is essentially a ship so these skills apply there.

Living aboard Poku Saeruo Degonjo vessels members of the clan have limited personal space. For this reason most clan members will typically carry the following when they first join a ship.
