Task Force 33

Task Force 33 was formed in YE 46.9 as part of the peacekeeping force assigned to the Becurn System.

Following the Battle Of Becurn, in YE 46.4, the need for a devoted Task Force was required to maintain peacekeeping efforts in the Becurn System. The Cemlae and Mocaidins had been relatively peaceful since the destruction of the Pearl and Engine, which was being used by the War Masters of Illion to make them fight for entertainment. The continued threat of both the Sfrarabla Mishhuvurthyar Xhrafuklurp (SMX) and War Masters of Illion required a dedicated force to be present as a force projection unit in the system after the Sapporo Expeditionary Strike Group departed for a new assignment.

In YE 46.9, Task Force 33, under the command of Taisa Korechika Miyu was formed from ships in the 5XF Expeditionary Task Group was assigned along with the First Area Army to continue peacekeeping efforts in the system.
