1. Pass Proposal #58 (Nekovalkyrja Re-integration Plan).
2. Stop the limited production of NH-22C Yamataian/Nekovalkyrja and start mass production of NH-22C Yamataian.
3. Start production of the NH-27 Nekovalkyrja (Military).
4. Create colony missions to seed the Yamatai Star Empire races on many worlds.
