Senate Proposal #71: Cancellation of #70 was submitted to the Senate of Yamatai in YE 28 by the senator of Hoshi no Iori. It was passed with 2 Yay / 1 Abstain / 2 Nay with the Emperor voting in favor of the proposal to break the tie.

1. Despite the overwhelming support for Senate of Yamatai Proposal #70 (Special Investigation Into The Empress Ayame's Death), no action has been taken by the investigation team (most planets didn't even bother with an investigator), thus making #70 a waste of time and resources.
2. The #70 Proposal was just an attempt to take a cheap shot at the Emperor anyway. No evidence exists that suggests the Empress's death, (which was already thoroughly investigated by Star Army Intelligence and Star Army Research Administration) was anything but a suicide.
