OrchidGear® is a product brand of the Yugumo Corporation that became available in YE 45. The brand's product lineup consists of clothing, personal gear, survival, and exploration gear.

Going into YE 45, the Yugumo Corporation became a process of transformation toward an expanded corporate structure and organizing their product lines into brands. The OrchidGear® brand was proposed by Motoyoshi Arisu in honor of her mother Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko, who had been given the title of the 'Evening Orchid of Yamatai'. The first product in the line was the OrchidGear Gravity Boots and several other products are planned to follow it.

Most OrchidGear® products can be produced with Yugumo Fabrication Systems.

The brand's major production locations include:

• Kumo no Kagayaki Station

The Yugumo Corporation offers the following warranty.

Our outdoor clothing and gear come with a comprehensive warranty designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. The standard warranty period for our products is two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. It applies to outdoor clothing, footwear, and gear, including but not limited to:

• Clothing: Jackets, pants, shirts, and other apparel.
• Footwear: Hiking boots, trail running shoes, and outdoor sandals.
• Gear: Tents, backpacks, sleeping bags, and other outdoor equipment.

The following is covered:

• Seam and stitching failures.
• Zipper malfunctions.
• Fabric and material defects.
• Delamination of waterproof/breathable layers.
• Hardware (buckles, snaps, etc.) defects.
• Insulation performance issues.
• Sole detachment (for footwear).
• Manufacturing defects.
• Welding or bonding failures.

What is not covered:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accidents.
• Damage from prolonged exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., prolonged UV exposure, extreme temperatures).
• Modification or alteration of the product.
• Damage from improper care, cleaning, or storage.
• Third-party repairs or alterations.
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance.

If you believe your outdoor clothing or gear is covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team through our designated channels.
2. Provide proof of purchase, including the date and location of purchase.
3. Describe the issue in detail and, if possible, provide photographs.
4. Our customer service team will assess the claim and provide further instructions.

Based on the nature of the claim and the warranty assessment, we offer the following resolution options:

• Repair: We will repair the product at no cost to you.
• Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will replace the product with an equivalent or similar item.
• Refund: In rare cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we may offer a refund.

The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Shipping costs associated with warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer.
