Penelopa Panchamoorthy has pale peach skin, very long light blonde hair, and very light purple eyes. She is very cheerful. She has very soft and supple muscles.

Panchamoorthy likes to have a good time and enjoys spending her free time in the sun. She is very loyal to her team, and will kill or drive off enemies with her bare hands if she has to. She gets along well with others, such as Neko and human, although she prefers that a Nekovalkyrja join the rest of her team.

Panchamoorthy enjoys the company of others, but makes a point to avoid people that make her feel uncomfortable, as well as one another if possible.

Penelopa was born on Yamatai (Planet) in YE 20 and turned 21 in YE 41. She joined the Star Army of Yamatai in YE 42.

Her first assignment was at Pisces Station starting in the first month of YE 43. In YE 43.8, she was promoted to Nitô Hei.

In YE 45.3 she was promoted to Ittô Hei.
