Natsumi is a short Neko with a curvy figure. She has blonde hair, which is generally styled in a straight and long bob cut. She has monolid eyes, with light blue irises. Her skin has a dark tan shade. Natsumi’s eyebrows are of medium width and they have a subtle arch. She has a skinny and small nose, and narrow lips of medium thickness. Her face has a round profile. Natsumi has Neko-style ears, which are rimmed with blonde fur.

Natsumi is a strict woman, who defines herself by her unflinching dedication to the Star Army, Yamatai itself, and the various social and professional standards of these institutions. While she is not a perfectionist, she does notice patterns, and will harshly reprimand those who do not heed her warnings or who continue to make obvious errors.
