Hiroki has a slender body with white skin and brown almond-shaped eyes. His orange hair is short and neatly combed and his ears resemble a human's. He stands at 5'1“ inches and weighs 145 lbs.

Hiroki is a bold person who enjoys the rush of adrenaline especially out in the field of battle as he knows he is doing it for the Yamatai Star Empire. He has a fascination for fire since his time as a pyrotechnic back when he was a regular Yamataian citizen. Hiriko sometimes shows off, but he typically falls in line with his commanding officer. He is a pretty laid back person thus it would take a really dedicated push to get him angry.

He sees his fellow squad mates as friends who he sometimes jokes around with when they are at their quarters.

His sister Chinshu often worries for him especially when he is in dangerous situations, but Hiroki teases her and assures her that he will be fine much to her annoyance.

Hiroki was born in Central Uesureya on the planet Yamatai. His parents were laborers who were able to provide for Hiroki and his sister Bunko. Fireworks during days and nights of celebration made Hiroki engrossed in them and he took to drawing pictures of them in his childhood.

In his teens Hiroki took up a job assisting a theater technician named Jiryu Jin in working on special effects for movies and plays. Hiroki was primarily tasked with simple objectives like setting up fireworks and splashing water on set, but nevertheless it strengthened his interest in pyrotechnics and he wanted to take on more advanced jobs. During his studies learning about the wars, particularly the First Mishhuvuthyar War that would plant the seeds of him joining the Star Army in the future.

At a slightly older age Hiroki partook in underground hover bike races alongside working through an organization that specialized in training participants into becoming licensed pyrotechnicians. During the races Hiroki cared less about winning and more about the surge of adrenaline that pumped through his blood as he drove at a high rate of speed.

The building number of wars that the Yamatai Star Empire would fight and win would convince Hiroki that it was his duty to fight for the Empire, so he put aside his dream job and went to the nearest hospital where he requested to have his consciousness transferred to a Minkan's. Four hours later the process was complete and after a few days of recovery in his parents' house Hiroki enlisted into the Star Army of Yamatai.

In the military Hiroki entered the Star Army School of Advanced Infantry Combat and found a preference toward explosive weapons and it reminded him of his old boss Jiryu and a saying of his that was, “If you want to give them a show, you give them a show!”

He worked his way through the difficult eight weeks of training and even though he made several minor mistakes he managed to become an official Giretsu by the end.

Sometime later Hiroki discovered that his sister Chinshu was working as an intelligence officer for the Star Army. Whenever they have free time they will sometimes communicate via long distance devices to check on the condition of the other and to see how their parents are doing. These calls serve as both a means to keep in touch and a reminder of what they are fighting for.

He is currently assigned to the Giretsu Century of the 75th Legion ready to carry out the next mission for the Yamatai Star Empire and feel that rush again.

Demolitions: Time as a pyrotechnic had shown Hiroki the types of explosives and fireworks used in filming for special effects. He would sometimes build these devices himself. Hiroki passed these skills on to the military where he specialized as a demolitions expert.

Vehicles: Hover bike races in Hiroki's teen years has morphed him into a daredevil type driver. He enjoys the thrill of high speed and knows when and how to negotiate a sharp turn. He can skillfully manage almost any type of ground vehicle though he excels at hovercrafts.

Maintenance and Repair: Working in special effects as a pyrotechnic has shown Hiroki how to identify the problems with malfunctioning equipment. He has passed this knowledge on to his military career where he fixes and maintains his equipment to prevent any failures on the battlefield.
