Territorial Administration Services Union

The Territorial Administration Services Union is a higher-level administrative entity within the TAS that oversees the coordination and management of multiple Regional Corporations. It is responsible for implementing policies, allocating resources, and facilitating cooperation among the regions under its jurisdiction. The Union maintains a structured organization with distinct executive, legislative, and judicial branches to ensure efficient governance and the delivery of essential public services.

Above the Union is the Territorial Administration Services, while below is the Territorial Administration Services Regional Corporation.

Union Executive Branch

The Union Executive Branch is responsible for the daily administration and management of public services within the Union. It ensures the efficient implementation of policies, resource allocation, and coordination of efforts across the various departments under its purview.

Union Executive Committee

The Union Executive Committee, composed of high-ranking officials, provides strategic guidance, leadership, and oversight across the Union's departments. Members collaborate with their lower-tier counterparts to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts throughout the TAS. Key positions within the Union Executive Committee include:

  • Chairman: Chief executive overseeing the overall functioning and administration of the Union.
  • Deputy Chairman: Supports the Director-General, providing assistance and oversight to Union Departments.
  • Department Heads: Each department within the Union Executive Branch is led by a Department Head who oversees a specific area of governance and service delivery. These Department Heads are responsible for implementing policies, managing resources, and coordinating efforts within their areas of expertise. Each is appointed by the Director-General that can be vetoed by the Union Council or the CEO of the FDC.

Union Departments

The Union Executive Branch is organized into various departments that focus on specific areas of governance and service delivery. These departments are led by the respective Union Directors and are responsible for implementing policies, managing resources, and coordinating efforts within their areas of expertise.

Department of Economic and Industrial Planning

This department is responsible for formulating and implementing strategies for economic growth and industrial development within the union's jurisdiction. They work closely with local businesses, industries, and investors to foster a favorable environment for economic expansion.

Department of Education

The Department of Education focuses on the development and implementation of educational policies and programs within the union. Union Legislative Branch

The Union Council serves as the primary legislative body within the Territorial Administration Services Union. The council is composed of elected representatives from each Regional Corporation within the union. The Union Council is responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving the annual budget proposed by the Union Executive Branch.
  • Providing oversight and holding the Union Executive Branch accountable through inquiries, investigations, and hearings.

Union Council Committees

The Union Council establishes various committees to address specific areas of policy and governance. These committees are composed of council members with expertise or interest in the relevant subject matter. Some of the key Union Council Committees include:
