This division is for moving/evacuating large numbers of people. Capacity: 21,250,000 people per trip.

• 500 Nibasha-Class Heavy Freighter (550 pax)
  • Each equipped with 1,000 GS-E1-M3406 Passenger (MCS) modules (42 pax each) hooked up in their cargo bays.
  • 42,550 passengers per ship per trip.
