Task Force Phantom

Task Force Phantom was commanded by Tachibana Hayate. It became part of the Second Expeditionary Fleet in YE 32. It operated out of Second Expeditionary Fleet's Headquarters at Daichi System.

Task Force Phantom was a Long-Range Reconnaissance and Guerrilla operation unit comprised of two groups: Combat and Support. Its role was to seek out, and when possible, to destroy NMX supplies and positions behind the lines. Phantom is as close as it gets to the heart of the enemy, and the wrath of a far more numerically superior enemy is as much feared as welcomed with the soldiers and pilots of the Task Force.

Task Force Phantom's Game Master was Samuel. The primary method of roleplay is Single-Post with the odd Joint Post thrown in at random.

Both aboard the YSS Phantom and throughout Task Force Phantom, there are some common rules and procedures soldiers are expected to follow.

• Soldiers on duty are required to be armed with their standard-issue side-arm.
• When in a combat zone, or during an operation being conducted by the Task Force, soldiers are expected to be armed with their standard-issue side-arm.
• When on duty and/or in public, soldiers are expected to be clothed, or to have the appearance of being clothed.
• When a soldier sights a suspicious person (Crew or otherwise), he/she is expected to report the incident to their CO.
• When on Leave, soldiers and crew members are NOT to talk of operations the Task Force has taken part in with any other unit (Being a person who is a crew member of another ship, platoon, or operational group in the Star Army of Yamatai,) or civilian(s). (Being a person who is a non-combatant. Foreign units are considered to be under this category unless directly working with the Star Army of Yamatai.)
