The Ks-G2-E4200 Isolated Computer Pad became available in YE 42.
These computer pads run the Kessaku OS and are used for the following purposes:
Height: .034 m (12 inches) Width: .457 m (18 inches) Depth: 2.54 cm (1 inch)
The G2-E4200 has the following features.
The heart of the isolated computer pad is a tiny, but advanced, quantum computer, with the same capabilities as the Armor Integrated Electronics System (AIES), capable of performing super-high-speed data-churning and possessing untold memory.
The Ks-G2-E4200pc power cell has been upgraded to include induction charging. This system harnesses ambient electromagnetic energy fields. When not in range of ambient energy fields, the power cell capacity will allow continuous operation for 36 hours. The ICP can be put into standby to swap power cells. Cost: 150 KS
The Ks-G2-E4201pc is an optional feature. It allows the ICP to float within a specified distance from the user. This feature was added to aid technicians who need to have their hands free to make repairs while using the ICP to diagnose or provide instructions. If inductive charging is not an option, the module will notify the user when power is below 25% to prevent damage to the ICP. Cost: 200 KS
