Elysian Diplomatic Institute

The Diplomatic Institute is a sprawling estate of finest Elysian architecture which forms the limits to what most visitors will ever see of Elysia Novus. Situated just outside Empyrean it houses a constant staff of diplomats and a large security contingent, both to keep the guests in and to guard them.

Elysia is part of the PAINT mass transportation system and has a terminal operated by the Star Army of Yamatai. It has a flight to Amatsu-Yamatai, Yamatai (Planet) every two hours.
