Part of Himmel Defense's mobile assets, DesRon 003 was the first Destroyer Squadron on the scene for the Khorsovarolor Incident and was heavily damaged during the conflict. Since then, DesRon 003 has been restructured and reassigned to the Defense of the Himmel Der Bergleute System.

Stationed on Himmel Trade, the HTSD is responsible for law enforcement and security on board the civilian station. It is comprised of four battalions of Marines plus an additional 508 Marines. The 508 Marines in question have the sole duty of guarding critical facilities on the station and are normally rotated out often.
