The first ultra-high performance rifle developed by Galactic Horizon, designed and put into production early YE 42. Taking the original design of the Singularity Infrared Sniper Rifle the team worked to create its lethal twin in a similar likeness to the original laser tag version

The Dualarity is the answer to the natural giant predators found on the new home planet of Horizon. It also serves as the company’s first high-performance hand-held rifle however, the wielder requires some form of muscle enhancement or enhancing armour to use it. Its lethal prowess is only hindered by its speed and unwieldiness, with a demanding charge time and large size it cannot be fired on a whim and requires the proper setup to be effective.

With the lasertag equipment developed the year before having been commended for its realism by satisfied customers around the sector, it was decided that each design would have a more practical variant created. Following as the third in the line to be adapted after the BreachaNova and Sonic Flare, the Dualarity features a longer barrel length and bigger body size to accommodate for the required space for DPF generation.

With a 60inch overall length, the Dualarity far outclasses its predecessor in size. The barrel is contained within a strengthened framework which then joins the main body of the weapon, with a compression stock to accommodate recoil and an electronic targeting scope with hyper-precise range-finding. Unlike the original design, the Dualarity includes far more gold highlights in its color design.

• Muzzle Flash: There is no visible muzzle flash due to the weapon using other methods of propulsion other than a chemical reaction. However, the tip of the barrel glows white with heat for a period after each shot is fired.
• Retort: A moderately loud humming can be heard in the area around the rifle after each shot as the next round is charged for the next shot.
• Projectile/Beam Appearance: Each beam glows a brilliant gold and is roughly an arms-length to the naked eye during transit.
• Effective Range: Accurate up to 2000m, maximum projectile range of 3000m

• Recoil: high degree of recoil going directly back into the shoulder.

The energy drawn from the attached core is turned into Dense Plasma Focus and expelled out the barrel at high speed. The resulting “heavy” beam is capable of punching through most armors thanks to the principles of DPF and vaporizing soft tissue.

• Firing Mechanism: Each shot requires a 20-second charge beforehand where the energy is drawn from the attached core and transformed into DPF. After each shot, the next can begin charging immediately, while charging a shot the energy transformation can only be paused for a maximum of 5 seconds before the gun is likely to sustain massive mechanical failure.
• Loading: Each core is slotted into the underside of the body and rotated anti-clockwise to lock it in, the same process in reverse to remove a spent core.
• Safety Mechanism: The Dualarity has a built-in isolator switch on the right side of the body which will break all the circuits in the gun including the connections on the trigger and energy core to place the gun into safety.
• Weapon Sight: The Dualarity has a built-in, high-performance precision electronic scope on the top of the body. Its scope can accurately range-find and target up to 3000m while accounting for up to 45-degree elevation above or below the target as well as moderate wind speeds;
• Attachment Hard Points: A single hardpoint is included on the underside of the barrel but is taken up by a standard folding tripod.
