Ramen To Go is a brand of noodle and broth shops that came into popularity in YE 34. They offer a variety of noodles, and broths, where there is local produce they may customize their offerings to include locally available ingredients.

• Traditional - yellowish hue as well as a firm texture
• Flat - thick, flat, curly noodles
• Curly - slightly thin, curly noodles

• Shio - a pale, clear, yellowish broth made with plenty of salt and any combination of chicken, vegetables, fish, and seaweed.
• Tonkotsu - a cloudy white colored broth with a hearty pork flavor and a creamy consistency.
• Shōyu - a brown and clear color broth, based on a chicken and vegetable (or sometimes fish or beef) stock with plenty of soy sauce
• Miso - a broth that combines copious amounts of miso and is blended with oily chicken or fish broth
