Before being hired by Ryu Keiretsu as Chief of Security, Mino Takara served in a military capacity for the Yamatai Star Empire and became a SAINT Operative and IT Specialist in YE 22. Serving over 40 years, Mino Takara finally left in YE 41 in an attempt at retirement.

In YE 43, she agreed to be the bodyguard for Kai Kenshin, an old friend, for an important meeting with the Yugumo Corporation. Despite some reservations from others, she was on her best behavior.
