Mari Tanaka

Mari is an NPC played by Kai.

Height: 5'3” Mass: 100 lbs Measurements: A/B cup Build and Skin Color: Mari has a lean, athletic build to her, and has pinkish-tan skin.

Eyes and Facial Features: Mari shows typical Yamataian features, that is, a thinner, more heart-shaped face, and slim, almond-shaped eyes. Her mouth, is slightly bigger than a typical Neko's. Mari's eyes are a dark violet color, which contrast somewhat with her hair.

Ears: Mari has rather pointy Neko ears which are covered in a dark reddish-brown fur, with small pointy tufts at the tips.

Hair Color and Style: Mari has shorter, reddish-brown hair, which she keeps cut around chin level. It is straight, and lies flat, and is parted almost exactly down the center. Her bangs hang in front of her ears, and are the same length as the rest of her hair, but usually stay out of her face.

Distinguishing Features: Reddish hair, nigh inexhaustible energy reserves.

Personality: If you were to look up the word “hyperactive” in the dictionary, it would show you a picture of Mari Tanaka. She has nearly boundless energy, and loves to talk, and move, and explore, and look around and anything else that does not require sitting still.

Likes: Moving, sugar, running, and sushi. Dislikes: Sitting still, being restrained. Goals: Win as many races as she can find to compete in.

Mari is a Nekovalkyrja that was, interestingly enough, born from another Nekovalkyrja. Given the choice between civilian life and active service, Mari chose active service. Aside from her mother, Kou Tanaka, she views her squad as family.

Born to a Nekovalkyrja, Mari was able to actually grow up from a youngling state, but, despite Yamataian laws giving her a chance to live a purely civilian life, she chose to join active service. after undergoing the necessary training, she was placed in a squad in the Fifth fleet.

Mari, like the other members of her squad, is well-versed in power armor combat, as well as all the basic skills required of a Nekovalkyrja. She is extremely fit, and can run at a high speed for a rather long time, as well as swim, jump, climb, and otherwise use her body in active ways, much more naturally than even a normal Nekovalkyrja. Mari is also skilled at talking too much.
