Aimi was created in YE 35. During basic training, Aimi met 4 girls who would become her best friends in the world. The five of them, though all different occupations, requested similar assignments.
Over the next few years they mostly were able to be together, but even when they had different assignments they kept in touch. Finally, in YE39 they all made it back together when they were assigned to the YSS Wakaba.
In late YE39 Aimi, along with her friends and the whole Wakaba were lost to space. In the ensuing battles that were fought, Aimi's fighting skill came to the attention of Joto Heisho Setsunu Meiosei, leader of the renowned Angels of Death. Setsunu asked Aimi to join the Angels, an honor that Aimi quickly jumped on.
