Character Description
John 'Joe' Franks is a tall Nepleslian man with an even, peachy complexion and dark brown hair normally styled into a combover. The man is handsome for someone in his mid 30's, with an athletic build and dark blue eyes. Constantly clean shaven, he always does his best to project an air of confidence about himself.
Personality wise, Joe almost perfectly fits the mental image of a dashing space captain1): confident, talented, with guts and skills to spare. He's a stickler for following the ideas of the rules, though will absolutely bend or even break them for the greater good.
History & Relationships
Joe Franks has a long and decorated career as a skipper of Hray class Gunships in the Nepleslian Star Navy, along ith a sterling record of improvisation and command. Single (and loving it), he's been appointed the new captain of the NSS Highlander.
