Personality: Very outspoken to everyone though he does know appropriate times to be quiet. He would rather get into a fight and get it over with than prolonging it. He is always looking for easier ways of doing things so he can be more lazy. John also is up for anything that will net him some easy money. He is a generally easy going guy ans is not angered very easily. He often chases after girls but rarely is able to charm them and usually gets a slap in the face even if he never meant to be rude.

Jim Skylar was born in Funky City. His family lived in the middle class areas which were just as bad as every other part of the city. He was exposed to crime daily and often times took part in the crimes. He slowly started to become another thug and to get involved with bigger crimes and bigger money. When he was 15 he found his father had been mugged by people he thought to be his friends. This made him stop his bad ways and to start cleaning up his act. Though he personally stopped doing crimes it was still happening all around him. Being luckier than most of the other people he was able to get a better education and he excelled in school. Though his parents urged him to further his studies (even though they all knew they could not afford it) he joined the Nepleslian army.

Jim is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, ships, ground vehicles, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and noncombat conditions. Jim is fluent in Nepleslian. He can speak and write it correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc. Jim is skilled in field communications and is proficient in all rudimentary forms of communication.

Jim received intensive handtohand combat training (primarily focused on disabling and/or killing opponents) and has followed up that knowledge with a rigorous training program. Weapons he is trained in include pistols of all types, knives, grenades (and other forms of explosive weaponry) and rifles of all kinds. Jim can repair weaponry with adequate tools and time. Jim is in excellent physical shape and has considerable endurance. John is also able to pilot landbased power armors, but must rely on the suit’s A.I. to do anything advanced

Jim knows how to survive in hostile environments. He can build shelters, hunt and forage for food, build a fire, etc. Jim can camouflage himself and is familiar with guerrilla warfare tactics.

Jim can understand and give out tactical commands and work with his troop to follow those commands efficiently. He knows the importance of teamwork on the battlefield, has been intensively trained in discipline and morale, and is able to recognize the command structure even while under extreme pressure (combat, etc). Jim is able to recognize ambush points. He knows basic math in order to calculate distances, etc, and can use a tactical map.

Jim knows how to play the guitar proficiently and is able to sing very well. He is completely self taught and has learned to play as a way of coping to his harsh life. He also is very skilled in many forms of dance from more classical styles to more modern styles.

Jim is capable in the way of math and can solve advance problems with more ease than most people. He is able to understand complex mathematical problems and algorithms and is able to measure ranges without much aide. Though he is still learning and many advance theories of math are still beyond him.

Jim knows basic first aid from his time on Funky City. He knows how to mend bones and how to handle patients going into shock. Jim also knows a little about how to clean and stitch wounds.
