Squad 35 first met the shifty George Resetti in Episode 3:Sunny Day on Prilisa IV, where both he and his best friend Lenny Binks assisted the squad in escaping from the clutches of a mob of tribalistic nekos.

George is, by many definitions, a standard Nepleslian. He is very streetsmart, greedy and somewhat underhanded, but also apparently has a big soft-spot for his larger counterpart. Although currently unknown how to the two are connected, George looks after Lenny and goes out of his way to make sure the big fellow is in best possible spirits. Although George has the capability to be a good worker, he is somewhat lazy and often burdened with looking after Lenny, which takes up energy he could otherwise spend being productive.

George is also very handy with a harmonica.

Recently, George has been following fellow CSS member Tweak Three Seven around. His motivation for this is currently unexplained.
