James Longstreet

James Longstreet is a Character played by Silverthorne and is currently involved in the Horizon's Key plot.

Facial Features and Eye Colour: Baby face, Hazel eyes

Hair Colour and Style: Black hair pulled back into pony tail

Distinguishing Features: Scar running down his right rib cage.

Personality: James is happy to be away from home. He is cheerful and outgoing. Being the first real time away from family, he is looking to meet new people. His criminal background makes him leery of speaking about his past but he will, only if he trusts the person he is talking to.

Likes: Math, seeing new things. Dislikes: Talking about his past. Goals: Buy a starship of his own

Jimmie grew up in a Family. Him and his brother was inseparable. He helped his mother with her Smuggling operations and learned all about the wrong side of the law. He has never been arrested, since most of the scams that they family ran were on other criminals. He was caught up with by one thug and cut open. That injury was the turning point. He made a bet with his father that if he could get the money together to pay for his training in astrogation, his father would set him up with an identity that was absolutely unbreakable. The bet was won after one summer. Jimmie Long disappeared and James Longstreet went to get his astrogation license.

James grew up on the wrong side of the law. He learned from some of the best to open locks, lift stuff off the unwary, and by pass normal civilian security devices (locks, low grade computer hacking, nothing major). His heart was never in it, as he loved the stars and wanted to go out there.

James has a working knowledge of many astrogation programs. He is skilled at using them to get information on course projections. He does not however care to listen to them, as they play it far to safe for certain jobs.

James grew up on the streets, he learned to fight from his family, namely an uncle that ran several crews of ruffians. He knows civilian pistols, knives, and a large variety of make-shift weapons. Having had pretty much all of them come though his hands at one time or another, he can fire them with fair accuracy and clean them.

Having to sew up your family members is a must in James' parents house. All the children learned first aid.

James always had a talent for math. Shaving time off courses in both standard space and off jumps. He went into college to get a better understanding of this

James learned to cook while at home, his mother was not that great of a cook, and he quickly learned he liked to cook. He is better than most of his siblings at it.

James learned to pilot before he was ten. He helped his mother on Smuggling jobs and learned navigation. He went to college to get a pilot/astrogation license. The instructors all agreed that he had the talent for it.
